Every used box leaves the yard with a grade printed on the invoice. We don't sell ungraded boxes, and we don't sell D's — anything below C goes to recycling.
Light scuffs at worst. Crisp flaps, square corners, no liner residue. Often used once and stored indoors.
Cosmetic wear, full structural integrity, all flaps present. Most common grade we sell.
Bent flap, repaired corner, or visible logo print-through. Sound enough for one or two more cycles.
