Common questions about working with us.
Which services can I combine in one relationship?
All five. Many customers sell us their used boxes, buy reconditioned ones back, and put both legs on the same routed truck — a closed loop that lowers net cost on both sides.
What areas do you serve for pickup and delivery?
We run dedicated routes across Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan, and ship LTL or full truckload to the lower 48 through carrier partners.
Is there a minimum volume to work with you?
For selling us boxes, a single bale or pallet is enough to quote. For buying, one pallet — roughly 20–50 boxes — is the floor. Recurring volume unlocks better pricing.
How do I get a quote?
Send the size, quantity, grade, and your zip through the contact form. We reply the same business day with pricing, lead time, and freight options.
Do you offer recurring or closed-loop programs?
Yes. Standing orders and swap routes get locked pricing and prioritized dispatch, so your per-box cost and supply stay predictable month to month.
