Who we are
Illinois Boxes Recycle is a referral service. It takes quote requests for gaylord boxes and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfill orders.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we receive your name, email, phone number, company, city, state, ZIP or postal code, message, requested quantity, product type, service, grade preference, and the address of the page you submitted from.
How it is used and shared
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which passes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can contact you and prepare a quote. We use the information only to handle your request. We don't sell it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent. Send the request through the quote form and write “Privacy request” in the message. If you live in a state or country that gives you additional privacy rights, you can use this same route to exercise them.
Children
This site is for business buyers and sellers. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
